File Sync on Mac freezing issue

when syncing on my iMac the creative cloud seems to use all my system resources and eventually leaves me with the spinning wheel of death. Whin I disable file sync no problem. I have removed and replaced the CC with the current installer and its good for a while then suddenly major slow down and the cumputer is not useabel until restart and disable file sync.
