File Sync Will Not Resume

I puased file syncing when I lost some data a few weeks back (thank you to the Adobe Staff who assisted me with this issue and worked to rectify the problem and recover my data). However now, after updating my Creative Cloud application, I cannot resume file syncing. When I attempt to resume file sync, the application acts like it is syncing but then pauses again. I have also attempted to resume sync while the Creative Cloud application is running as Administrator on Windows 7.

That post is months old and I had working file sync since the last update on that post which was nearly three months ago. Also the status shows file sync as working right now.

I am STILL unable to sync.. WTF is going on? What am I paying for?
