Question

File Syncing

Is there a way to manually update the syncing of files to the Cloud?  I see examples of duplication of some files which of course takes up space.  I normally have to go in and manually delete a file but only after determining which of the duplicates is the latest iteration.  This is a painfully slow and laborious process.

Thanks, but my question was about manually syncing files.  I am able to sync files when doing updates to CC or the Apps, but I wondered if there were a way to manually sync the files.  After much research I have concluded the answer is "No".  I can manually save files to the CC without issue.

Hi Tom,

Thank you for the information. I am sorry if my reply did not help you. For more clarity is it something that you want to choose which file to sync to Creative Cloud and which not, please correct me if I am wrong. If yes, Manually syncing is not possible but you could pause the syncing, and manually delete the synced files if you do not want to be in the creative Cloud Storage. I think I answered your question. I hope to hear from you soon with more details.

Regards,

Neelam
