File syncing error & Libraries sync error

Since yesterday the syncing in the CC doesn't seem to work.
Because of this, a font that I downloaded from Adobe Fonts doesn't work anymore and all my text in my project changed its font because of that.

In the Desktop App, I get following error messages:
"File syncing error (Some files failed to sync)"
And
"Libraries sync error (We're experiencing server problems)"

In the CC Web-App I get the following error message:
"Unable to load assets (Error occurred while loading assets. Try visiting this page later.)"

I already tried the following:
1. Pausing sync and resuming
2. Logging out of my account and log in again
3. Restarting my laptop
4. Killing the tasks "CoreSync" and "CCLibraries"

Nothing has helped.
What else can I do to fix this problem?

I hope they fix it fast, our income depends on this.


😄 Fortunately, I already have it fixed for now.

hi

my library cannot sync since month or years. enclosed the screenshot for the error.

no error, it just says. "it cannot sync"

i only use photoshop with it and have 20GB space left, its empty. when i drop an item into the photoshop cloud library, nothing happens.....there is a sign, "do you want to resync" but it does not respond to clicks

i use the latest version of photoshop always.

i tried to log out and in twice and i enabled syncing and disabled it twice, didnt help !

if you have a current os and see a non-server sync error:

 

reset the cc desktop app: make sure it's in the foreground, then press:

Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R

 

if you see a server problem, wait.

Same problem - Cental Europe. Adobe Support doesnt answer me and I cannot continue with my work, so each hour I lost money!!

Here is screenshot from Adobe Servers Status, no issue, everything works fine:D but Server are again down as previous month!
