File Transfer from School to Personal Account not Transferring all Files

I am currently trying to transfer all of my files from my school account to my personal account. I do have a large amount of files (about 300) but only 180 are transferring over. I know this is not a storage related issue as I have 100 gb on the personal account and only 72 gb are used on the school account. If anyone has a way to get all of my files to transfer please let me know.
