Files and Fonts under Assets will not sync.

When I open my CC app on my computer the Files and Fonts under Assets will not sync.

Hi Brad,

Is there any error message/code that you get over the libraries?

If possible, please post a screenshot.

What OS are you using?

There is no error message. It just continually loads. I am using Yosemite.

Hi Brad,

Please try the steps below:

1)     Uninstall the Adobe CC desktop app (https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html)

2)     Reboot the machine.

3)     Install the latest version of Adobe creative cloud from the link: Creative Cloud Help | Creative Cloud for desktop
