Files disappeared from Creative Cloud Express

Question

I have been using Adobe Spark for several years and switched to Creative Cloud Express in 2022. 90 percent of my projects have just disappeared from Creative Cloud Express. My custom templates,logos,images and Social media campaigns are all gone. there are a few files in the Deleted folder but I did not put them there nor can I restore them. Libraries still have familiar assets. I have had very few problems with this app in the years I have been using it. I have 40 years experience with Adobe products. Can you help:

1. Restore my files and projects?

2. Describe a back up proceedure so I can save my editable files on my desktop or removeable media as a hedge against future content losses?

1. your files are probably still there. reset and cc desktop app:

reset the cc desktop app by making sure it's in the foreground, then press:

Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R

and/or go to your cc web files with a browser.

2. you should backup your cc web only files to your computer and another source.
