Files not showing up in creative cloud workspace

I have paid plan for workgroups. 3 participants connected. But we don't see each other's files saved in Creative Cloud. The file settings even have access for members of the working group.

Why can't participants see the files in the creative cloud?
What can be done to make it work properly?
