Files on creative cloud taking hours to download

Photoshop file stored on creative cloud has been downloading for over 4 hours. It is barely 50 % done. What do I need to do

there's probably nothing you can do (to speed that download), if the download is progressing. if the download stops progressing, reset the cc desktop app and restart the download.

to reset the cc app: make sure it's in the foreground, then press:

Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R
