Finding preferences and stopping automatic start of Core Sync Helper

I am unable to stop this from starting at the login and its slowing down my computer.  I cannot see where the prefernces are.  Under the Ellipse is where everyone is saying they can change prefernces but I do not see where.

I have already deleted this from the list in Mac System Preferneces but it still starts up.  Please help.
