You tell me if anyone knew anything about it would make me a favor? It was renamed from some updating or is an anomaly? What is the name of deafult this folder created by the installation of Creative Cloud? Thank you!!!

Hi There:

Thanks for your post. Could you please navigate to the location  <Mac Hard Drive>/Users/<username>  and check whether you have a folder named as Creative Cloud Files which stores all your assets. This Creative Cloud Files Folder should be the active folder where you could sync files between local and cloud if Files Sync is on.

We need request more information to understand the achieved Creative Cloud Files Folder.  Could you please use the log collector tool (https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-log-collector.html )and send the zip file on your desktop to me at SyncForum-Communication@adobe.com

And please kindly provide the information below :

  • Adobe ID
  • Forum post link
  • Operating systems
  • Creative Cloud Version

Best Regards.
