Question

Fonts for apps?

So, I find it very strange that there are no fonts included for app development in my Creative Cloud subscription. I pay for Creative Cloud thinking of it as an all-in-one purchase for my (generally very basic) design and photo editing needs.

It's not that I can't find fonts available for free elsewhere, but a curated and high-quality set that was available for free seemed like a no-brainer for inclusion in my license, and that isn't the case.

Just my two cents. Not that I don't get a fair deal from CC, but it's a weird hole.

You do get access to thousands of fonts through Creative Cloud. (Caveat: be aware that font foundries can and have pulled their content from Adobe Fonts. Adobe's fonts will always be available. Fonts from other foundries may require that you purchase a license if they are removed from Adobe's font collections. Plan accordingly.)

See here for font licensing information: https://helpx.adobe.com/fonts/user-guide.html/fonts/using/font-licensing.ug.html

You can access fonts either through the Creative Cloud desktop app or through fonts.adobe.com (you have to sign in to use it).
