Question

For about a year, Creative Cloud has been telling me my apps are not compatible. Any help?

Like the title says, for about a year or so, Creative Cloud hasn't let me download ANY apps, and continously boots into compatibility mode whenever I download it. My problem is that my computer is completely up to date. I tried everything, cleaning the apps, restarting my computer, uninstalling and reinstalling Creative Cloud, etc. I'm at a stand still. Anybody know a solution?

all win 11 versions are compatible, but there are other requirements (ram etc).

if your computer meets specs, update your cc desktop app and retry updating again.  if that fails, you need to repair your cc desktop app.  report if that's needed.

@nalg20

First, look at this page for system requirements. It starts with general info, then has links to specific apps. Photoshop and Premiere Pro have higher requirements than some others, so try those links:

https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/system-requirements.html

Second, Adobe Customer Care are the only ones who can log into your system to see what is going on.
Try the link to auto-open the Chat:
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
Type "agent" to get a human

If your browser blocks the Chat window, try the troubleshooting tips here:

You can also send a post through X (formerly Twitter) to @AdobeCare.

Do not reply to PMs, which are likely to be scammers.
