Forced Password Change Broken Link

When Adobe force a password change, the only button available, both from the Creative cloud app or from any other attempt to view any Adobe page on any browser “Continue” does not work. This happens every time, it has happened on my M1 MacBook Pro and it happens on my M5 MacBook Pro, for older generations of macOS and the most up to date macOS. This happens on Chrome and on Safari. You click and click and click and click and nothing.

Making this little side quest, when I am on a deadline and working for a professional client both infurating and stress inducing.

When you force a password change on your paying users (that you have locked in for a year, with auto renewal, forcing another year contract) MAKE YOUR FUNDAMENTAL BUTTON WORK!!!!

The only work around is to sign out of the Creative Cloud app and re-sign in.

God I hate Adobe so damn much. You are the embodiment of enshitification.

try using a mobile phone's updated non-opera browser with wifi disabled, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/change-or-reset-password.html

I’d rather not have to re-set my password every month and have to do any work around for something that shouldn’t need a work around.

    understood.

but (afaik) adobe is not trying to “fix” this.  it maintains there’s a problem possible unknown to you (eg, someone using your email to get into your account).  you could try changing your email to see if that stops the forced password changes.
