Fraudulent activity

Hello,

I received a notification from Adobe that fraud was detected on my account and my one-year renewal was canceled with no refund. I was also informed that my account was given a 30-day trial as a gift.

As I always try to use licensed apps, this ridiculous situation against me pushes me to use cracked apps. I requested a refund by submitting an expenditure objection through my bank, and if this problem is resolved, i.e. if my account is reactivated, I can cancel this request to the bank.

after contacting support you can expect it to take a few days to hear back. in the meantime you can start a trial (with another adobe id/email). just be sure to cancal if your previous subscription is restored.
