Fraudulent activity detected in your Adobe Account

Regarding our 1-year Creative Cloud All Applications (100 GB) subscription, which we purchased in August 2021 by paying 6.254 TRY, our subscription was canceled on 02 February 2022 with a fake activity warning. Although we did not make the payment for 1 year, our subscription was terminated in the 6th month. There is a grievance here. I'm waiting for Adobe to fix this as soon as possible.
