From 20GB to 2GB Creative Cloud Storage?!

Hi everyone, today my creative cloud online storage space has been downgraded to 2GB?! I have a monthly subscription (automaticaly paid via credit card).

I have the same problem. After 43 minutes and 2 transfers on Adobe chat, I was told it will take 2 to 3 days to fix the problem. Totally unacceptable. I have a huge job due today, the same day this glitch occurred. Do what I did and demand a month's credit!

I brought it up in my chat with customer service. They said someone would get back to me about it. All-told, they took up an hour of my time, which is worth money, so I feel I need to be reimbursed.

Customer Support Team couldn't  help me. Still 2 instead of 20GB
