Frustrated with Adobe
5 weeks ago I updated my Lightroom CC and changed my service to Adobe Cloud. Ever since then I have not been able to use ANY Adobe products.that is right I cannot use any Adobe products. I have worked with Adobe technical team for over 5 hours with no resolution. As a matter of fact I was supposed to get a call back from the tech team 2 weeks ago. Except for my persistent calling I have NOT heard anything from Adobe for weeks. When I call I am told someone from the senior tech team will call soon. Anyone else experiencing non-functioning Adobe products.
