Frustrated with Adobe

5 weeks ago I updated my Lightroom CC and changed my service to Adobe Cloud. Ever since then I have not been able to use ANY Adobe products.that is right I cannot use any Adobe products. I have worked with Adobe technical team for over 5 hours with no resolution. As a matter of fact I was supposed to get a call back from the tech team 2 weeks ago. Except for my persistent calling I have NOT heard anything from Adobe for weeks. When I call I am told someone from the senior tech team will call soon. Anyone else experiencing non-functioning Adobe products.

I have no problems accessing my Creative Cloud apps. 

 

1. Did you remove your legacy apps with the Adobe Cleaner Tools?

2. Does your computer meet the minimum system requirements to run Creative Cloud + OS + all other apps you use?  Check each one.

Which operating system do you have?

Can you connect to Adobe's server's?
