Frustration with Adobe Technical Support
I have put in over 13 hours in the past 4 days with Adobe support trying to get help with my LRC issue.
I have been told on 2 occasions that I would receive a call back but didn't. I am repeatedly talking to basic level tech help who want to do the same thing over and over when I tell them that has already been tried and who I really need are more senior or knowledgeable people to assist me.
Can anyone give me advise on how to best get the technical help I need.
