Getting error with shared links: "Something went wrong, your download is not available."

Question

I've been getting this error when I click on the shared links I've created from assets.adobe.com/files. I can still see all of my files, but when I click on the shared link to any of them, it gives me that error. Some people are also getting that error when I share the links with them, but then others can see my files. I've checked with my account admin and I have no restrictions on permissions. Also tried the links in a different browser, with no luck. I spoke with Adobe Customer Care and they couldn't figure it out... does anyone know what's going on here?

We're sorry to hear about your difficulties. Could you please let us know if you have tried switching to another internet connection? Have you tried signing out and signing back in on the web to check if that helps?

Sometimes, network or firewall settings can block access to certain websites. Try accessing the shared links from a different network or location to see if that resolves the issue.
