Hi Renee,

Currently it isn't possible for multiple users to simultaneously edit the same InDesign document and have the different edits retained. Users could collaborate on a folder containing InDesign project files, but if multiple people were editing at the same time, the person which saved the last copy would overwrite any simultaneous changes by others. If multiple users needed to edit the same document simultaneously, they would need to work out some kind of communication process as to not overwrite each others work - possibly using the commenting feature.
