You can use a web browser to login to https://creative.adobe.com and take a look in the archive (click the Trash icon). Are your files archived there?

If you can dig out log files from the folder below on your client and email them to Adrian or me (sashby@adobe.com) they will help us figure out what happened.

Mac:

- ~/Library/Application Support/CloudSync

- For example /Users/sashby/Library/Application Support/CloudSync/CloudSync-2013-03-04.log

Win:

- ~/AppData/Roaming/CloudSync

- For example C:\Users\sashby\AppData\Roaming\CloudSync\CloudSync-2013-03-04.log

I just checked the archive and its got 4 random files but nothing that I needed today at work. I'm sending the log files as we speak.

sent
