Hi there,

I have just installed the macOS Big Sur on my mac, and now I can't se the green checkmarks in my creative cloud files on my desktop.

Does others experience this, and have a solution for bringing the checkmarks back?

Best regards

Same thing here.. I now have to watch the little CC icon on the top right menu bar for the blue sync icon to make sure files have synced before renaming them or altering. Not ideal when you have a lot of files that you need to duplicate and rename to use for different projects.. as I then start to get lots of conflicing saves popping up as I can't tell which folders have finished. Pretty annoying.

Hi. Also got stuck! Working fine on my imac (10.15 catalina) but no green or blue ticks on my new macbookpro. Did everything and eventually went as far as a clean OS install, fresh install of Adobe, everything new without any other software installed. (So just the OS and Adobe). Also did not install dropbox just in case that caused the problem. Did all the other stuff – uninstall/repair of Creative cloud, turning extentions on and off, signing out and in, stopping coresync / helper / desktop services in activity montor.

After no luck I installed Dropbox - working perfectly with sync icons.

It's really usefull to see what is syncing / what is not. I get the blue sync icon in the taskbar when syncing creative cloud files and all files are synced, so it's working, but not showing.

So I guess I can't move to Big Sur on my main work computer before this is fixed. So frustrating.

Hope somebody can help!

Please.

SOME Adobe programs are compatible with Apple's BS, but they may have issues
https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/macos-big-sur.html
.
And, Apple's update sometimes isn't even compatible with itself

.
I do NOT know if these revert to older links will work with BS
