Hard Drive Space Reduced Because of CC Storage

We have three people in our team, each with 1TB of CC storage.

I am the only one that has run into an issue whereby our CC folder assets are also stored locally on my hard drive and I have run out of space to run my Apps such as Photoshop etc. Is there a way to make certain folders 'online access only' similar to what Dropbox does to free up space or share the folder ownership across the three of us?

no.  you can control the location of the cc sync folder but none of the other storage locations are meant to be controlled by we users, and there's no option to opt for online storage only.
