Have to reinstall/repair Creative Cloud with each startup

I have probably, like many others, posted this problem before but it's still happening. Every single time I turn my personal desktop on, I get the must repair message.

This didn't happen until I was forced to upgrade to Windows 11, yes, I know that's not adobe's problem. However, what is their problem is that while I'm able to run an older version of Photoshop, there is no option for that with Creative Cloud. My desktop isn't compatible with most of the new apps in the Creative Cloud suite including CC and I cannot afford to upgrade.

This is really frustrating and I would hope Adobe has a solution for this.

Do you have any optimization software running in the background?

something on your computer (usually security software is corrupting cc files.
