Haven't receive a serial number and have no product in my Adobe account

I payed for Adobe Creative Cloud and in mail I can see that the payment is succeed (10 days ago).
But there isn't any product in my Adobe account! Or I either didn't receive a mail after the payment?
So I obviously can't find any serial number... so I can't use the software I need for my school assigmnent.
Very annoying! I chatted with the helpdex but they couldn't help me.
In attached the proof (in Dutch) that the payment was successful.
I hope I get help soon!
