Having problems with shared folders between laptop and web. They don't seem to sync.

I have several shared CC folders with a client. I can see them all when I login on the website, but can only see a few in my shared CC folder my laptop. How do i get them all to sync/show up on my laptop?

Thanks for the reply! I was searching around the Forums and found this fix (below) which seemed to correct the problem for now.

Please try the following workaround:

MAC

1. Quit the Creative Cloud desktop application.

2. In Terminal, copy and paste this command:

rm ~/Library/Application\ Support/Adobe/CoreSync/options.tix

3. Launch the Creative Cloud desktop application and start syncing.
