Help! Creative Cloud storage

My creative cloud account warns me that it's full (105 GB out of 100 GB) yet I only have 6 items in my libraries and NO published or synched files. I've been watching videos all day to 1.) Find the data that's taking up 105 GB and  2.) Export the files onto a drive.

Please share your insight!

I've already tried to Permanently Delete the files and it's not working.
