HELP!! I can't access to my school portfolio account

I created my own website on a student account which is edu. I graduated one month ago and I just found out my portfolio website is shut down I can't access the portfolio manage website since my edu account has disabled my access to all the adobe services. I'm pretty nervous now because I'm not sure if they will delete my website. I've already contacted my school's IT administrator and they will contact me on Monday. I'm pretty anxiety if my website is still there!! I want to know right now!

    p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

    if your admin deleted you mire than 2 weeks ago, your site is probably lost.  and even if it's there, tou cannot migrate to another subscription.  ie, check tge faq:
