HELP: Library asset saying "this item is not supported in premiere"

Lately I'm having some problemswith files in the Adobe Library. Some files (mostly .movs but not only) are greyed and can't be added to the project. When I put the curser over it it says "This item is not supported in premiere".

But I have other files in the same formats, so the cause of the problem is kind of a mistery right now. I looked around and couldn't find anyone having this same problem, so I decided to ask myself.

I'm using Premiere Version 24.3 (English) and After Effects Version 24.4 (English).

Anybody?

The issue was solved by uploading assets to the library thought Creative Cloud instead of doing it it through Adobe Premiere.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

It's usually some asset created in after effects > exported locally  > dragged to the library though PR

you can only add certain items to libraries.
