I'm HYEYOUNG KIM.

I applied for the AD0-E602 test

ExamID : 16210346914

and started the meeting by pressing the start test button, but the proctor said that the first name and last name in my profile were broken in Korean, so I couldn't take the test.

Since the test has already started, rescheduling or cancellation is not possible.

In this case, do I have to apply for the test twice, which is unfair?

Please Help me about changing my name and taking this test without paying twice
