Help my cc library got deleted by accident and it won't restore!

I'm not sure how but one of my CC libraries has been deleted. 
I went to restore the library but when i clicked restore, i get a red notification saying Could not restore item. 

Does anyone know how to fix this. It has a ton of mogrt assets on there that should never have been deleted. 

Any help would be most appreciated!
