HELP!!!! None of my CC apps will open. Message says no internet - but I DO have internet.

Do you have modern operating system and browser that is enabled with secure TLS 1.2 connections?  Without it, you cannot connect to Adobe's servers.

Try these items and check after each step.

• Restart the computer 
• Make sure the Creative Cloud app is up to date.
• Log out of the CC app and log back in. (Make sure you know your logon and password.)
• Remove license-related info <https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/issue-deleting-license-info.html. Again, make sure you know your login info.
