Help & Support - Contact Us - Log In Problem

A few month ago (maybe 6 months) I noticed I wasn't able to log in to "Contact Us" through "Help & Support" (Picture 1).

The problem comes when I click "Contact Us" (picture 2). When I do that the button goes from "blue" to "grey" (Look at picture 2, blue button).
This was something that first happened with "Google Chrome" for approx. 6 months ago. Then the problem arose there. It happened all of a sudden, and I still can't log in to "Contact Us" with "Chrome". That's why I started using "MS Edge" every time I went to "Contact Us". Last night the same problem arose with "MS Edge" as well. I do not get "Logged In" with any browser now. Someone else who is experiencing the same problem and who has a solution. Possibly you have the solution to the problem without having had the problem as well.
What happens is as follows: I click the blue "Contact Us" button (picture 2). As soon as I have done that, it turns gray, and then the button/link becomes inactive and NOTHING happens. (picture 3 grey button).

And this is a problem that is 24h/7dayas a week. Whats wrong and what is the solution to fix it?
