Help with Adobe Aero

No specific Adobe Aero board yet, so I'm posting this question here. I get that Adobe Aero is still in beta, but already I'm encountering an issue that seems it should be an easy fix. I have tried to import both a gif and a zipped png sequence into Aero, and have done so successfully. I can get them to play as well. However, I can't seem to make Aero loop them infinitely. I have the 'Infinite' button checked, but the gif and png sequence do not respond to this, nor do they respond to being looped for a finite number of times. Anyone have any ideas what might be the issue?

I'm using a 2021 M1 Mac that's running macOS Monterey. I created the gif and the png sequence using the most recent updates of Photoshop and After Effects.
