help with error 113

Good morning,
I have prohibits with updates through creative cloud of Photoshop and Lightroom, it gives me erroneous 113, I followed all the indications given for this error (antiviris disabled, Firewell, connection change etc.). But Nesuna has achieved positive results.

I emphasize that sometimes the update succeeds but this happens rarely

2. i didn't try or suggest any solutions, so it's not clear what you've tried.

 

3. it's not clear why you stated the 113 error is erroneous, though most people might think it's erroneous because they can reach other web sites.  that error means you can't reach adobe's secure servers which is very different, for example, from reaching this forum many other web sites.
