Hover effect for text link in Adobe Portfolio

Hi there,

 

How can I add a hover effect for text links in Adobe Portfolio? Hover effects only seem to be possible for the navigation and buttons.

[Moving from Using the Community (forums) to Creative Cloud services.]

 

Rollover effects are applied globally and they only effect hyperlinks. Depending on which Theme you use (there are 12 to choose from), Titles on Cover images may have rollovers or not.

 

For better answers, please explain what you're trying to do that you can't.  Also tell us which Theme you're using.
