How affect the Creative cloud licence purchased to a user in my organisation

Hi allI purchased an Adobe Cloud Suite license (annual 599€) from my Enterprise account so I can see the billingbut I can't affect this license to a specific user from my organisation ?How can I do that ? ThanksStef
