How can I get help from Behance?

Hello Everyone,

I’ve been using Behance for a while and all my projects were previously published and visible to the public.
However, now all of them suddenly show the message:
“Only accessible to you. Not discoverable on Behance”

I can no longer change their visibility to “Public” — the option is disabled.

Additionally, no one can see my Behance profile. It seems to be locked.

I have no idea why this happened. I didn’t change anything recently and haven’t received any warnings or emails.

I also sent emails to Behance support more than 15 days ago, but I haven’t received any reply.

Can someone please help or tell me what’s going on?

I am writing regarding an issue with my Behance account: [your profile URL, e.g. behance.net/yourusername]

A few days ago, all of my projects were automatically switched to PRIVATE without any action from my side. When I try to change the visibility back to Public or edit any project, I receive the error message: "Unfortunately you cannot update a project now."

I have not received any warning or email explaining why this happened. I believe my account may have been mistakenly flagged by the automated anti-spam system.

I am a genuine freelance designer, and my projects showcase real client work, including e-commerce and Shopify store designs. My portfolio is essential for my freelance career, as recruiters and clients are currently unable to view my work.

I have already verified my Adobe ID email address, and I have secured my account with a new password and two-step verification.

Could you please review my account and restore my ability to publish and update my projects? If any of my projects unintentionally violated the community guidelines, kindly let me know which ones so I can correct them.

If Behance has blocked, removed, or hidden your project, it is likely due to their automated anti-spam system or content guideline restrictions.

You can submit an appeal to have your project restored, but only one appeal may be submitted per project.

A resposta de até 48 horas não ocorre. Três projetos meus foram inexplicávelmente derrubados de um dia para o outro, sendo dois deles exatamente meus maiores projetos de CAD paramétricos (Surface Class A - Ford, Camaçari) então não acredito em aleatoriedade aqui - claramente houve um direcionamento para estes dois, que são os maiores projetos.

Precisei de uma semana de intensas ligações, para os EUA, tefelonemas no nosso idioma, Índia duas vezes. Apenas um dos projetos derrubados foi restaurado, na sexta feira, na calada da noite, após uma conversa de exatamente 1h 17min e 36 seg, sei com essa precisão o tempo dessa ligação porque ela foi gravada - cheguei a este ponto porque essa conversa foi meu ultimato, citei os artigos da Lei que eu tinha em mãos, incluindo porque eu estava gravando a ligação -, pouco depois, recebi finalmente respostas do suporte, e uma restauração.

O maior projeto ainda não foi restaurado. Continuo no aguardo.

Quem me atendeu, chama-se Diogo Ribeiro, de Portugal. Surface Classe A é a mais alta posição em engenharia de Design de Produto. Não sou um designer meramente visual, de branding, marketing ou afins. Sou um designer de Surfaces Classe A, com premiações nacionais e internacionais recebidas já enquanto ainda estava na graduação, na Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina. Os certificados estão na minha página. Vou apenas postar o contato pela qual a Ford Motor Company chegou até a min, através da empresa global de recrutamento que a representa, chamada Zeentech. Na mensagem no meu wattsapp, aparece claramente que o conhecimento do meu trabalho por parte da Ford ocorreu quando seus especialistas conheceram meu Behance. A Zeentech me procurou duas vezes. No dialogo também aparece a proposta para o cargo de designer sênior Classe A, em Camaçari - a sede do centro de P&D da Ford, um polo global, no Brasil. A abolição de projetos que não são passíveis de punição quando analisados de qualquer ângulo, é uma injúria, produz dânos morais e profissionais incalculáveis. Absolutamente inaceitável.

Todos os atendentes, incluindo Diogo Ribeiro que acompanhou item por item estes projetos, afirmaram não entender qualquer possibilidade que poderia resultar nestes banimentos. Aros automotivos modelados no Onshape/SW e Renderizados em 12k no KeyshotPro e com ambientações empregando método híbrido em API no SunburstGPT 2.5 e pós produção antes e depois da geração das ambientações com Photoshop (câmera raw) e PhotoScape X. Não há como serem confundidos com conteúdo adulto. É um conteúdo totalmente técnico, neutro.
