How can I make the title on my page cover completely visible?

Hello, 

I have this website to display my photography - [link removed]. 

I would like to know how I can make the titles on the page cover always stay visible? Right now they only show when the pointer hovers over them but I would like to know how to make them show even when the pointer is not hovering over them. 

The screenshots attached show what it looks like and what I would like it to look like.
