How can I return my money?

Hi to everyone.
I've written wrong email and delete my account, than I create a new one, but money already go for account, that I deleted.
I've canceled my subcription, and they said that money comes per 5 work days, is it correct?

Who have the same problem and what me do if money isn't come?

Please go to Adobe Customer Service (make sure to sign into your Adobe account first:
