How can I see what Creative Cloud is syncing

I see that CloudSync has sync'd 1.3Gb of files. How can I see "what" it is syncing? I don't have anything that I know of synced to Adobe. If it's actually pulling files, it's doing it without me knowing about it.

I hae Lightroom Classic, Bridge and Photoshop installed locally, but don't remember EVER saying Adobe could sync anything.

By default, Creative Cloud creates a folder on your primary hard drive called Creative Cloud Files.  All files saved to that folder are automatically synced to your Creative Cloud storage space for sharing with your other devices or collaborators that you designate.  However, you are not obliged to use it.

Creative Cloud also syncs your Adobe Stock assets, Adobe Fonts, colors, etc... to Libraries for convenient access from your various Creative Cloud apps.
