how can i share files between same user different profiles?

Log in as user 1, download files to your computer's hard drive.

Log out as user 1. 

Log-in as user 2.

1. Open CC Desktop App.
2. Click your Avatar (top right image)
3. Sign-out of Creative Cloud.  Wait a minute or two.
4. Sign-in with your other ID and password.
