How Can I View Uploading Status with APP?

I‘m having a LOT of difficulty uploading videos from my iPad app....

I’ve updated the app and uploaded similar videos before via the same network...

I want to see what’s uploading and the option to either pause it and select one that’s been waiting in the que or

cancel the upload altogether.

Can anyone help?
