how come I have 2.8gb used as adobe cloud when it says online that I have 732kb in my adobe folder. I can only have 2gb.

I cant seem to delete the missing 2 gb

it wont let me.

all i have is 732 KB in my adobe folder online and it wants me to upgrade

Have you recently deleted files from the folder online? Try completing signing out of your Creative Cloud account and then sign-in again.
