how do I access/transfer files in the cloud to another storage medium?

I purchased two Adobe Suite licenses for my two remote editors and now they want to buy their own licenses. I asked them to ensure that all my files are in the cloud. (I don't have my own licensed software.) How can I access these files so I can download onto other storage medium? We're talking 100GB or more.

Thank you.

Short answer:  You can't.

Ask your employees to transfer your files to DropBox or Google Drive and make them available to you.

But I'm not sure how much value the work files are without requisite software to open them 😉
