how do I change the location of psd/ai assets I add to My Library?

For eg., I like the feature where I can download from Adobe Market and it saves the files under "Market Downloads" folder. But, there is no folder structure for My Library for me to browse and save files.

The only way to browse the My Library assets is through the tiny Libraries panel in the software.

Also, if I have file syncing off, its annoying to see that I can't download psd files I save it to My Libraries from Creative Cloud website. But, there is option to download for all adobe market files.
