How do i delete second account

Question

I have for some reason two acoounts; my personal and second business account, I would like to cancel my second account, because i get billed for both of them, and im using only one of them. There's no option to delete or modify my second account.

Who i should contact and how? There's no service number for Finland.

Please help, it's not cool to pay for two accounts, when i only need one.

Hi @Albert25361214x83p,Deleting and cancellation are two different things. I think you more mean about cancellation to stop the charges. To contact support follow the instructions given below1. Go to https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen2. Wait a bit on the page that opens up, it should automatically open a chat popup. If that does not happen then look for a call out/chat icon at the bottom right, click over it and the chat popup should open3. In order to talk to a human type "AGENT" in the chat box4. If you are not able to get to the chat window, then disable your adblockers, firewall, enable cookies/scripts on your browser. If it still fails then change your browser/machine/network.P.S.
