Question

How do I download images I previously uploaded to an old Adobe Portfolio?

I previously had access to Adobe services through my university, and created an Adobe Portfolio with my university account. Since graduating, I realized my institution doesn't allow the transfer of my university account to my new personal account. My computer died last year before I had a chance to back up all of my files stored there, and now the only copy of some of these files is on my old university portfolio site. Because I just graduated, the site is due to be deleted soon, but I really need to be able to download/access some of these files! I know things from Adobe Portfolios aren't stored in the Adobe Cloud, but where are they/can I access them to download?

    @jbrianne

    resubscribe to access your portfolio account, if none of the previous info helps you.

    or

    What happens when you cancel your Creative Cloud plan:

    In order to publish and keep your site published, you need to have a paid and active Creative Cloud plan. When you cancel your plan:

    • Your site goes into grace period mode – this keeps your site live for 14 days after the cancellation has occurred.
    • After 14 days, your site comes offline but can still be accessed via the Editor at portfolio.adobe.com where you can continue to edit your site and republish it in the future

    visit your site and download (right click>download) the images.

    in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

    p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post if it helps you get responses.

    I can't edit my site anymore, so the right click does nothing on my images. It's a view-only site at the moment, and I think when I built it I specifically chose to now allow photo downloads (hindsight shows that may not have been in my best interest). Any other ideas? I've tried finding a way to get direct Adobe support, but I can't find a method to contact because I don't see my problem listed in any of their contact "topics"
