How do i download my files from creative cloud now I've swapped memberships?

I used to have an individual Cloud membership, during which I uploaded 9.6GB of my files. I then swapped my membership to a team membership which I am primary Admin for, now when I go to files I cant see any of them but on the drop down menu on the top right it says 9.6GB/100GB. Any ideas how I can see my files again? Thanks

Hi Caroline,

Do you still have the files in the local Creative Cloud files folder? Did you use the same email address for both memberships?

Hi David

No, I don't still have the files in the local folder as they where uploaded from a computer in a different office that I no longer have access to.

Yes, I used the same email address for both memberships.
